Who we are

CORE Management Services (“CORE”, “we”, “us”) is a consulting and advisory business based at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit coremanagementservice.com or contact us through it.

We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where they apply to you, the data protection laws of the country you are in.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, country, and the topic you choose. If you give them: company or venture, job title, phone number and your message.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: the details you share with us in that conversation.

When you browse the site: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you reached the site. We collect this through analytics cookies only if you accept them.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.

To send your enquiry to the right person at CORE, including the intelli.accelerate team for masterclass enquiries.

To keep a simple record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, using analytics data that does not identify you by name.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Our legal basis

We process your enquiry details because you asked us to contact you and gave your consent on the form. We process analytics data only with your consent through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

Who we share it with

CORE staff and senior partners who need to answer your enquiry.

Our group businesses, such as intelli.accelerate, when your enquiry is about them.

Service providers who run the site and our email and analytics tools for us, such as website hosting, form storage, email and Google Analytics. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. When that happens, we use providers with appropriate safeguards, as UAE law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies so it works, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer or in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and stop using it where you gave consent. To do this, email us at the address below. We will reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limited access to enquiry records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
