CORE started with a simple idea: the best advice on growing a consumer business comes from people who have done it. Our founder spent more than 30 years running distribution and commercial teams across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, including leadership roles with two of the world’s largest FMCG companies in Saudi Arabia.
Our consulting centers on go-to-market strategy and revenue growth management. We help clients reach more customers, improve pricing and mix, and get better returns from promotions and trade investment. AI supports how we analyze opportunities, develop recommendations and deliver the work.
We also provide strategic advice and investor connections for founders, support market entry and brand expansion, and manage AI adoption projects. Through our leadership Gen AI masterclasses, we have helped more than 7,000 professionals learn to work with Gen AI.
AI-native means we use AI in research, analysis, scenario planning and delivery, while senior advisers own the judgment and recommendations. We also help clients adopt AI in their own operations.

Tom Thomas
Managing Director
Tom has spent more than 30 years leading consumer businesses across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He began in distribution in Oman, went on to lead the distribution division of a major multinational, and spent two stints in Saudi Arabia with two of the world’s largest FMCG companies. He has lived and worked in South Africa, India and Thailand before making the UAE his base.
Today he helps leadership teams grow revenue, improve profitability and put AI to work in their businesses. Tom also co-leads the intelli.accelerate Gen AI masterclass and hosts the Vision Voices podcast.
